Hi,
I returned home from our holiday in Orlando earlier this
week which I booked through Kenwood Travel ( I spoke to
Pamela on the phone and thought she was very efficient)
and I would just like to say how very impressed I am with
your company.
The whole holiday went very smoothly from the initial booking
to the superb Virgin flights and the perfect 7 seater hire
car insured for 2 that you sorted for us.
The villa was very impressive with a great pool and we even
had our theme park tickets through you.
I will definitely use Kenwood Travel again ( thinking of
Cancun next time) and I won't hesitate to recommend you
to all my relatives and friends in the future.
It's nice to find a company as good as yours is these days
so keep up the good work.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for
the excellent service I received when booking my Florida
flydrive at the weekend. Prior to speaking to
you, I had done a lot of research on the Internet for flydrive
packages and was struggling to find availability at an affordable
price for my family of four next Easter to Florida. The
price itself you offered me was excellent and cheaper than
buying directly from Virgin themselves! What clinched
the deal for me however was your professional yet very friendly
phone manner. Nothing was too much trouble for you and I
was pleased that you took the time to explain the details
and advantages of the holiday you were offering. I felt
completely reassured that you were offering me a very flexible
package - just as well as I was (and still am) unsure of
which accommodation to book! You managed to
be informative and helpful but without being at all pushy
- just what I needed!
So all in all a big thank you for your excellent customer
service - I am sure I am one of very many who has booked
through Kenwood as a result of your superb customer service
skills!

I just wanted to let you know that we have had a lovely
holiday and to
thank you for sorting out our tickets etc after the cancellation
of our
flight. We really enjoyed the time we had in Florida,
although we
missed the days we lost, as there was so much to try and
pack in! We
were very impressed with the service we have had, particularly
from Claudia, and would not hesitate to book via Kenwood

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you (and
your colleagues) for arranging our family holiday this year
to Florida.
We all had an amazing time and were extremely impressed
with the Virgin Atlantic flights; the accommodation and
the car hire which all surpassed our expectations.
